I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in counseling services for children, teens and their parents. I maintain a private practice in Rockville on Montrose Rd. I understand it is difficult to fit counseling into your busy family schedule so I make myself available on weekends and some before school, afternoons/evenings during the week.
A graduate of the University of Illinois MSW program, I have over 20 years of experience as the head of a private special needs school counseling department, as well as child and adolescent therapist. I am currently a private
practitioner with a broad range of successful intervention with children and families. Among my areas of expertise are developmental issues of childhood, potty training, autism and learning disabilities, emotional and anxiety
management, and social and family relationships.
I provide classroom consultation services and school observations to Metro DC preschool organizations and do school observations and school collaboration at the request of families. Over the last 20 years I have provided hundreds of
